Are there any engineering/architecture colleges that offer admissions without requiring PCM 50%?

i am a Maharashtra student and i want to know if there are any colleges that offer architecture/engineering courses without wanting requiring the customary pcm 50%, as i haven't scored as much,perhaps in the southern states?please help me if you do know.It will really help me out.
