Where is a good area for young professionals in Bournemouth? Walking distance of pubs and near route to Poole?

I am 24 year old young professional female, moving from Bristol to Bournemouth. I will be working at Poole hospital but would like to live in Bournemouth where there is more going on. Ideally I'd like to be able to walk to pubs/cafes and be near a convenient route to drive or train to Poole hospital. My budget is around �350-�400 pcm. Where would be a good area?
