Does a Sony PCM-D50 Portable Linear PCD digital recorder convert files into midi files?

I really want to buy the new Sony PCM digital recorder and it said that when you upload the files, you can upload them as WAV/MP3 files, but I'm wondering if one would be able to convert the files into midi files so you could use them in garage band or something?
