How am i supposed to be independant?

Hi im a 19 year old male, ive had my full licence 4 months,. Ive looked at getting a car on hp etc and with the insurance its over 700 pcm, i cant afford this as i have a house that needs rent paying etc. Helllpppp pllleaassseeee thanks matt
