Has anyone ps3 settings to run a amp via optical ?

Is it blitstream, pcm ps3 has optical to amp and also ps3 to tv via hdmi i need all the settings off the ps3 menu sound settings and video settings etc the amp is a sony bdve300 blue ray home cinema kit i had it working but my son messed with all the settings please help someone
