I hav scored 268 marks in kerala CEE and 89% for PCM in CBSE XII board exam...can i get into any govt.college?

according to the rank calculator based on 2011 kerala CEE score my rank is 6968 and i hav got 89% for phy,chem & mathis in std.XII CBSE boards...can i get a seat for mech or EEE in any of the govt.colleges..i belong to OBC muslim category....can anyone pls predict my overal rank ..?
