UPTU NRI Quota??????

My Real brother is an NRI in USA ( TYPE - 1 Case ) and i am applying for NRI quota in UPTU for government financed colleges, i have a PCM percentage of 70% in 12th what chances do i have of getting IET mechanical branch?
