Wasted my 12th class. Want to become a good engineer. What should i do ?i want to take admission in any colleg?

i got 57% in 12th and 49%in pcm in 12th.but now i want to knw the colleges in delhi which do not require 12th % for admission to btech .i want to do engineering in electronics and communication.plz suggest me colleges plzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.
